Impounding Information

Why did you tow my car?

We currently serve on rotation for Americus Police Department, Sumter County Sheriff’s Office, Leslie Police Department, Plains Police Department, & Georgia State Patrol Post 10. If your vehicle has been towed by their request, it will be towed to our impound lot unless otherwise requested by the vehicle owner.

How do I get my car back?

Full payment must be made and you will need a valid photo ID with you. Outside of normal business hours, there will be an additional fee.

Can I retrieve my belongings?

If you need to retrieve personal belongings from the vehicle, you may do so during normal business hours. You will need a valid photo ID with you. If you need to retrieve belongings outside of normal business hours, there is an after hours fee that must be paid at the time of retrieving belongings.
